Terms & Conditions

Initial Visit
For your first clean, a one off payment is charged for extra time taken to carry out a thorough clean, then after the agreed price for a regular visit is charged.

Weather
We will work in most weather conditions including showers and light rain, this will not affect the finish whatsoever.

Contact
We will always contact you the evening before to leave access open on the day should you forget we will clean as many windows as we can access and charge you for those.

Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our service and you contact us within 24 hours we will return and reclean for free.

Direct Debit
You will need to set up a direct debit before we start  clean your windows.
