1. 1. Initial visit

   Your first clean includes a one-off charge that covers the extra time needed for a thorough first clean. After that, you’ll simply pay the agreed regular price for each visit.

2. 2. Weather

   We work in most weather conditions, including showers and light rain. This will not affect the finish whatsoever. Purified water dries clear and streak-free.

3. 3. Contact & access

   We’ll contact you the evening before your clean to confirm access. If access isn’t left open, we’ll clean as many windows as we can reach and charge you for those.

4. 4. Satisfaction guarantee

   If you’re not completely satisfied, get in touch within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean free of charge.

5. 5. Direct Debit

   A Direct Debit must be set up before we start cleaning your windows. Payment is only ever collected after your clean has taken place.
